Children’s Privacy
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (Section 9) & DPDP Rules, 2025
Our Commitment
Exam-Ki-Aisi-Ki-Taisi.com is a free educational portal. We do not knowingly collect, store, or process the personal data of children (individuals under 18 years of age) beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver our educational content.
1. What We Do
- We do not require registration or login to access study materials, job listings, or current affairs.
- We do not collect age information from visitors.
- We do not knowingly profile or target children with advertising.
2. Cookie & Tracking Consent (Section 9, DPDP 2023)
Our website uses a consent banner that gates all analytics and advertising tracking. No analytics or advertising cookies are loaded without explicit consent. This applies to all visitors regardless of age — a parent or guardian supervising a minor’s use of this site controls whether tracking consent is granted via the same banner shown to all visitors.
Functional-only storage (bookmarks, recently-viewed, theme preference) is local to the device and contains only content IDs — no personal data.
3. Contact & Account Forms
Our contact form asks for a name, email, and optional mobile number. We do not ask for age or verify age on this form. If a child submits the form, a parent or guardian may request deletion of that data by contacting our Grievance Officer at [email protected].
4. Newsletter
Our newsletter subscription asks for an email address only. If you believe a child has subscribed without parental consent, please email our Grievance Officer and we will delete the subscription within 72 hours.
5. Parent / Guardian Rights
A parent or guardian may exercise the DPDP rights on behalf of a child by contacting the Grievance Officer with proof of relationship. See our Grievance page for the full process.
