How to File a Grievance

If you believe your personal data has been processed in violation of the DPDP Act 2023 or our Privacy Policy, you may file a grievance by emailing the Grievance Officer at the address above. Please include:

  1. Your full name and contact email address
  2. A clear description of the grievance (what data, what action, what harm)
  3. Any supporting evidence (screenshots, email headers, etc.)
  4. The relief or remedy you are seeking

Your Rights Under the DPDP Act 2023

As a Data Principal (user whose data we hold) you have the following rights:

  • Right to Access (Section 11): Obtain a summary of personal data we hold and the processing activities performed.
  • Right to Correction (Section 12): Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
  • Right to Erasure (Section 12): Request deletion of personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected.
  • Right to Grievance Redressal (Section 13): Have your grievance addressed by the Grievance Officer within a reasonable time period.
  • Right to Nominate (Section 14): Nominate another individual to exercise your rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.

Escalation to the Data Protection Board

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our Grievance Officer, you may file a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India, once it is constituted under Section 18 of the DPDP Act 2023. The Board’s portal and procedures will be notified by the Central Government.
